This new two storied administration building provides the RCMP with a high tech Annex and enclosed link to the existing RCMP headquarters. Sustainable design has been integrated into the design, from daylight harvesting and external shading systems to high tech glazing and daylight sensors on perimeter light fixtures. The materials, selected for their performance and durability, are left in their natural state where possible. The modern clean lines of the building conveys the City of Surrey's future as a growing sustainable city.
