This project is part of a larger inner city mixed-use development incorporating a boutique hotel and office tower totalling approximately 200,000 sq.ft. The residential component of the project includes 6 luxury townhomes overlooking a unique urban plaza. The project involves the recreation of the historic "Kimbrell's" facade in an artistic intepretive manner through the use of a ceramic frit pattern which replicates th original brickwork. Significant artifacts from the original building have been suspended with the glass facade to form an interpretive display.
