The complex comprises of two warehouse buildings with office space for three tenants, while a smaller warehouse and office has been custom designed for a single tenant, Ideon Packaging. Different functions are distinctly expressed. Tilt-up concrete, steel and glass are the essential materials used and unify the functional expression and relationship between materials.
The tenant, Ideon Packaging, engaged CBA Ltd. for full interior design services including furniture.
