A 147,000 sq.ft. facility was occupant-designed and built in Glenwood Industrial Estates for Horizon Distributors, a natural food and dry goods distribution company. Along with a state of the art 130,000 sq.ft. warehouse operation, a 16,000 sq.ft. office component was designed for their forward thinking management and staff.
