Christopher Bozyk Architects was the prime consultant and lead architect for this PCI residential project. Located at the corner of 12th Avenue and Yew Street, the overall design emphasizes a neighbourly approach in scale and well articulated design. A strong L shape massing helps to address the corner and also to create a South facing garden, which provides some softness to the lane and the single family neighbours to the South. The exterior facade reflects a simplified "art deco" approach with much of the detials expressed in architectural concrete fins, overhangs and balcony profile. The entry tower helps to define grand main entrance and create an art deco feel.
